Designing the visual universe of quantum education.

Science Play Studios asked us to develop a complete creative concept for Quarky Games, a graphic adventure that teaches quantum physics through immersive storytelling. We began by building scientifically coherent worldbuilding: Quantic City suffers anomalies when Planck's constant destabilizes, altering everyday reality with visible quantum phenomena. We designed three main characters with distinct personalities and abilities: Quarky (analytic leader), Shodri (intuitive), and Qb2 (technical), each representing different approaches to scientific thinking. We developed a complete art direction: a color palette that visualizes quantum states, the design of Quantic City with architecture that manifests superposition and entanglement, and iconography of physical concepts (Planck's constant, wave-particle duality) translated into narrative elements. In parallel, we created the corporate identity of Science Play Studios as a scientific edutainment brand. In a strategic alliance with UADE, our creative direction guides the production of the MVP, ensuring coherence between pedagogy and gameplay experience.
